How do I track my order?
We provide each customer with the Priority Mail tracking number associated with their order via email once their order is shipped. You can keep track of these orders by submitting the tracking number in the tracking quick tools menu @ usps.com. It's super fast and easy to use.
What are your delivery options?
For now, we only offer Priority Mail shipping. This is a great service that offers 1-3 business day delivery at an affordable rate. We're looking to add other shipping options in the near future but Priority Mail shipping is the most convenient service offered in our opinion.
How do I return an item?
We aim to please every customer and we hope no customer would want to return an item but in the event that you do, we provide return labels and padded envelopes so that you can send the item back with no problem.
Do you provide International delivery?
Right now, we do not currently offer international delivery but with support from our loyal customers we might be able to in the near future. After all, everyone deserves a chance to enjoy the BIJOUX URBANA experience!
What is your returns policy?
Order the wrong item? No problem! We provide all the materials needed for customers to send items back with no cost to you. However, we do not accept returns on sale items or items damaged by the customer or items damaged in shipping. If an item has been damaged in shipping please email us @ and we will credit customers the cost of the item. Customers must have a BIJOUX URBANA VIP CLUB membership to receive account credit. Returns MUST be made within 30 days of purchase. We will NOT accept late returns. Store credit will only be given within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be given once we have recieved the item being returned. If you haven't received your refund please email our returns department @ email@example.com. If we receive an item that is damaged we will NOT give the refund. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
